1. Production description
What is flat pack container house?
Flat pack container is the modular industrial prefabricated system, comprising Roof, Floor, Pillars and Wall panels (with doors/windows). Its dimension conform to ISO shipping container (20ft), the Roof & Floor is prefabricated ready in our factory. While it's transportation, we will take the "All in one package" solutions, which means all the components of one modular container house will be packed in one Flatpack, including 1(ONE) Roof, 1(ONE) Floor, 4(FOUR) Pillars, All wall panels (including doors & windows) and all the other related accessories.

3. Packing and delivery
Four flat pack units could be combined as one bundle, and the dimension is same as ISO shipping container, with ISO standard corner casts, are easy for transportation and crane lifts during the shipment. Further to the Flat pack transportation solutions, the flat pack container house could be loaded in to 40ft HQ shipping containers, which quantity will be 6(SIX) units per 40ft HQ shipping container.

Q You are manufacture factory or trading company? 
A:We are the manufacture factory. And you are welcomed to visit us for inspection and production line. The quality control flow will show you our profession. In addition, you will enjoy the best quality and competitive price once you choose us.

Q:What's the quality assurance you provided and how do you control quality ?
A: We have established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. If you still have some worries.

Q:Can you offer designing service?
A:Yes, we have more than 10 professional design engineers. We could design full solution drawings as per your requirements. They use software: Auto CAD,PKPM, MTS, 3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures(Xsteel)V12.0.etc.

Q:Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas?
A:Yes, usually we will send you the detailed installation drawing. But if you need, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training. Of course we can send our professional technical engineer to supervise installation on site overseas.

Q: Do you accept container loading inspection?
A: You can send an inspector, not only for the container loading, but also any time during the production time.

Q:What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on order quantities. Generally, the delivery time will be 30 days after receiving deposit.
