Vegetable cold room insulation panels for refrigeration unit

Cold room panels are mainly made of polyethylene and polystyrene. In addition, there are now polyurethane core boards with the best performance. Polystyrene foamed thermal insulation materials are thin and insufficiently insulated. They are generally used in special equipment.  Ethylene is a good raw material. After a certain ratio, it can be foamed to a suitable density, good thermal insulation effect and high load-bearing capacity.  Polyurethane boards are the best, with the best thermal insulation properties and do not absorb moisture, but the price is slightly higher.

Polyurethane cold room panel uses lightweight polyurethane as the inner material of the cold storage board. The advantage of polyurethane is that the thermal insulation performance is very good. The outer part of the polyurethane cold storage board is made of SII, PVC color steel plate and stainless steel. The advantage of doing so is to prevent cold storage.  Due to the large temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the board, the temperature spreads, which makes the cold storage more energy efficient and improves the working efficiency of the cold storage.  The cold storage board has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, flame retardant, non-toxic, light weight and cheap, strong pressure resistance, safety and reliability, beautiful appearance, convenient operation, long service life, and sanitation.
The thickness specifications of the polyurethane cold room panels are generally 60.75.100.120.150.180MM. The size of the cold storage board's standard board width is 960mm and the height is generally between 2-10 meters. Of course, if the user has special requirements,  we can also customize, this size is not absolute.
